Thank you for supporting Shop to Fly! We take pride in creating handmade, one-of-a-kind items. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless there is a problem with the condition of the item upon arrival.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at shoptwofly@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the availability and nature of the issue.
